At Shiprocket Merchant App, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase through a transparent and efficient return process. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log in to your account, navigate to the 'My Orders' section, and select the items you wish to return to receive a return authorization number.

  Prepare Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and labels are intact to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at the nearest authorized courier partner location.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
